This isn't the first time the "As
Long as You Love Me" singer has
been dogged by suspicions of
marijuana use in recent months
and according to TMZ, Bieber was
seen with his pal, Lil Za, just
before the tour bus raid. The
rapper is the man who was
reported to have smoked a
mysterious cigarette with Bieber at
a Los Angeles home earlier this
year.
Police said that currently no one in
Bieber's entourage will be charged
as of now - as investigators have
no way to tell who was in
possession of the illegal substance
before it was left on the bus.
